Hist\u00f2ricament, la societat s&#8217;ha assentat en l&#8217;androcentrisme i el patriarcat. Cada vegada s\u00f3n m\u00e9s les pol\u00edtiques i estrat\u00e8gies que lluiten per la igualtat entre g\u00e8neres. Les dones CEO a Espanya representen el 34 %<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/nav><\/div>\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00c9s tal el comprom\u00eds social que la igualtat de g\u00e8nere s&#8217;ha convertit en el cinqu\u00e8 objectiu de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.agenda2030.gob.es\/\"><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">l&#8217;Agenda 2030<\/span><\/b><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">, una iniciativa presentada per <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Nacions Unides<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> amb 17 Objectius de Desenvolupament Sostenible (ODS) a la qual 193 pa\u00efsos es van comprometre a complir per al 2030.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:2,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:338}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">El treball \u00e9s un dels camps en els quals les dones pateixen desigualtat laboral per discriminaci\u00f3 de g\u00e8nere. El llenguatge \u00e9s una convenci\u00f3 cultural, per la qual cosa \u00e9s la mateixa societat qui el crea i modifica. La pres\u00e8ncia del g\u00e8nere \u00e9s inherent en ell en l&#8217; actualitat, per aquest motiu des dels organismes p\u00fablics es fa esment a crear guies de llenguatge inclusiu que ajudin a combatre l&#8217; \u00fas d&#8217; un llenguatge sexista i androc\u00e8ntric. Un exemple d&#8217;aix\u00f2 el trobem en el Ministeri d&#8217;Igualtat del Govern d&#8217;Espanya, el qual va publicar la<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inmujer.gob.es\/servRecursos\/formacion\/GuiasLengNoSexista\/docs\/Guiaslenguajenosexista_.pdf\"><span data-contrast=\"none\"> Guia per a l&#8217;\u00das del Llenguatge no Sexista<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Aquest \u00e9s algun dels contextos en qu\u00e8 veiem com aquesta desigualtat es manifesta. href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span data-contrast=\"none\"> PwC<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">, es mostra que el percentatge de dones \u00e9s l&#8217;informe com a &#8220;<\/span><b><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">barreres invisibles que impedeixen o dificulten l&#8217;acc\u00e9s de les dones als llocs m\u00e9s rellevants de les organitzacions<\/span><\/i><\/b><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">&#8220;.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><span
