Perqu\u00e8 aquesta estrat\u00e8gia empresarial no sigui un somni s&#8217;ha utilitzat la planificaci\u00f3 com a eina.<\/p>\n<p>A partir d&#8217;un determinat moment, el m\u00f3n ha comen\u00e7at a canviar de forma m\u00e9s r\u00e0pida que la capacitat de planejar.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, les empreses recorren al <strong>FODA<\/strong> Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s una forma d&#8217;alinear tothom a l&#8217;empresa per avan\u00e7ar cap a on volem anar. A finals dels 80&#8217;s, <strong>Henry Mintzberg l&#8217;auge i la caiguda de la planificaci\u00f3 estrat\u00e8gica, <\/strong>en qu\u00e8 mostrava que molts plans<\/p>\n<p>Quan les coses no van b\u00e9 i es t\u00e9 un pla, es fa un nou pla i no s&#8217;atura les fallades a aquest. La innovaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s tenir idees, no \u00e9s col\u00b7leccionar prototips, s\u00f3n les coses noves que es venen. Aix\u00ed doncs, si no es ven no es mant\u00e9 la consist\u00e8ncia, ni la capacitat d&#8217;estar enganxat al client.<\/p>\n<p>Avui dia \u00e9s habitual confondre la innovaci\u00f3 amb la tecnologia. L&#8217;aven\u00e7 tecnol\u00f2gic de les tecnologies emergents ha estat espectacular.<\/p>\n<p>El que realment genera la innovaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s la tecnologia, sin\u00f3 la capacitat de mirar diferent als clients, saber quin problema i quina necessitat es vol resoldre i, llavors, utilitzar aquelles tecnologies noves que ajudin a aconseguir-ho.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest proc\u00e9s de generar valor nou \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s que \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil sobre el paper, per\u00f2 en la realitat la gran necessitat de les empreses \u00e9s ser organitzacions que s\u00e0piguen sincronitzar les capacitats que es tenen amb les noves oportunitats, i entendre que aquesta transici\u00f3 \u00e9s el centre del management en l&#8217;actualitat.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Poppins; font-size: 33px; font-weight: bold;\">Innovaci\u00f3 i consist\u00e8ncia empresarial: capacitats<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s important que les capacitats de l&#8217;empresa s&#8217;orientin al que es ven avui, alhora que permetin generar oportunitats per al que es vulgui vendre en un mat\u00ed.
