Per aix\u00f2, el lideratge autoritari no t\u00e9 en compte les visions dels altres: organitza els seus propis plans, assigna ell mateix els objectius i designa els responsables de les tasques segons el seu judici. En el caso del l\u00edder carism\u00e1tico <strong>sus principales fuertes est\u00e1n en su personalidad y la capacidad que tiene para suscitar en los dem\u00e1s cierta fascinaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Este no es un factor econ\u00f3mico o empresarial que sin embargo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euncet.es\/liderazgo-personal-en-una-empresa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>puede afectar muy positivamente a la actividad de la empresa<\/strong><\/a>. Como hemos dicho, cada perfil puede ser id\u00f3neo para un tipo de actividad.<\/p>\n<p>Y es que uno de los puntos fuertes del l\u00edder carism\u00e1tico es que puede hacer funciones de relaci\u00f3n no solo con su propio equipo sino tambi\u00e9n con otros agentes externos a la empresa. Es un l\u00edder que puede ofrecer una visi\u00f3n muy positiva y conseguir cosas que otros no podr\u00edan lograr gracias a su car\u00e1cter.<\/p>\n<h3>3.- L\u00edder transformador<\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Un l\u00edder transformacional \u00e9s una figura professional que sorgeix precisament de les necessitats concretes de les empreses de l&#8217;actualitat. Aquestes empreses es mouen en un m\u00f3n en el qual es necessiten respostes r\u00e0pides, criteri per emprendre la innovaci\u00f3 i alhora la capacitat de poder aprofitar tots els recursos intangibles que puguin sumar a l&#8217;activitat empresarial. En aquest sentit el perfil de l\u00edder transformacional per gestionar equips incorpora <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">una mica de cadascun dels perfils anteriors<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> i els seg\u00fcents dels quals parlarem.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00c9s un professional accessible per al seu equip per\u00f2 alhora creatiu en les seves decisions. T\u00e9 en compte els altres per\u00f2 \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de comunicar exactament el que vol perqu\u00e8 la seva plantilla sumi. D&#8217;altra banda, t\u00e9 bones capacitats per al treball i la reuni\u00f3 en grup i dona seguretat i empatia al seu equip.
