La gent normalment es pensa que negociar \u00e9s seure al voltant d&#8217;una taula i arribar a un acord sobre un tema molt concret. Per\u00f2 tot \u00e9s una negociaci\u00f3: pots estar negociant amb la gent amb la qual vius, amb la fam\u00edlia, amb els amics, amb els teus ve\u00efns. Presta atenci\u00f3 al teu voltant i veur\u00e0s qualsevol cosa que sigui un intercanvi \u00e9s una negociaci\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El segon \u00e9s que cal tenir en compte que la negociaci\u00f3 va molt relacionada amb la personalitat de cadasc\u00fa. Hem de ser conscients que no totes les <strong>eines i t\u00e8cniques de negociaci\u00f3<\/strong> funcionen igual per a tothom. Cal buscar una sinergia entre el car\u00e0cter de cada persona i la manera de negociar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A l&#8217;hora de negociar, el carisma i l&#8217;habilitat per persuadir s\u00f3n clau. S\u00f3n capacitats que tothom pot arribar a desenvolupar?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00ed, tothom pot arribar a ser un grand\u00edssim expert, per\u00f2 \u00e9s molt important evitar formacions i llibres que ofereixin un coneixement molt encapsulat. Tot i que et poden aportar informaci\u00f3 sobre t\u00e8cniques, l&#8217;ideal seria viure una formaci\u00f3 molt m\u00e9s din\u00e0mica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em refereixo a una formaci\u00f3 basada en experi\u00e8ncies, situacions i <em>roleplays<\/em> en la qual puguis veure com et relaciones amb aquestes <strong>habilitats de negociaci\u00f3<\/strong> i les puguis desenvolupar al teu m\u00e0xim nivell. Quina classe de t\u00e8cniques aprendran?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot el que es tracta en el curs es fa <strong>des del prisma de la conflictologia<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 per mi \u00e9s un avantatge, ja que no ho trobaran en un altre curs.
