El <em>customer service<\/em> es refereix al conjunt de <strong>serveis, interaccions i activitats<\/strong> que una empresa ofereix per assistir als seus clients abans, durant i despr\u00e9s que adquireixin un <strong>producte o servei<\/strong>. El seu objectiu principal \u00e9s garantir que els clients tinguin una experi\u00e8ncia positiva i resolguin qualsevol <strong>dubte<\/strong>, <strong>problema<\/strong> o <strong>necessitat<\/strong> relacionada amb els productes o serveis de l&#8217; empresa.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta faceta del m\u00e0rqueting t\u00e9 en compte qualsevol tipus d&#8217;interacci\u00f3 que una companyia pot tenir amb els seus clients amb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;oferir-los <strong>assist\u00e8ncia<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 pot incloure resoldre q\u00fcestions i inconvenients o simplement mantenir una relaci\u00f3 de satisfacci\u00f3 i fidelitat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Historia_del_customer_service\"><\/span><strong>Hist\u00f2ria del <em>customer service<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot i que no amb aquest terme, el <em>customer service<\/em> o servei al client existeix des que existeix el comer\u00e7, quan els <strong>comerciants<\/strong> o responsables d&#8217;establiments havien d&#8217;atendre personalment els seus clients de manera presencial. Es tractava d&#8217;una atenci\u00f3 directa i personalitzada, i per aquest motiu la relaci\u00f3 entre els venedors i els compradors estava basada en la <strong>rodalia<\/strong> i la <strong>confian\u00e7a<\/strong>. Aquest concepte comen\u00e7a a canviar lleugerament al segle XIX, arran de la <strong>Revoluci\u00f3 Industrial <\/strong>i l&#8217; aparici\u00f3 de grans companyies. En aquest context, el servei va comen\u00e7ar a ser m\u00e9s formal i burocr\u00e0tic, introduint pr\u00e0ctiques com la <strong>garantia<\/strong> dels productes o les <strong>devolucions<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els aven\u00e7os tecnol\u00f2gics del <strong>segle XX<\/strong>, entre els quals hi ha el <strong>tel\u00e8fon<\/strong>, van fer que el <em>customer service<\/em> evolucion\u00e9s a <strong>centres d&#8217;atenci\u00f3<\/strong> m\u00e9s grans i remots. L&#8217; aparici\u00f3 d&#8217; internet a finals dels anys 90 i principis dels 2000 va incrementar encara m\u00e9s aquesta tend\u00e8ncia i va permetre una interacci\u00f3 permanent i de forma multicanal, gr\u00e0cies al <strong>correu electr\u00f2nic<\/strong> i les <strong>xarxes socials<\/strong>. M\u00e9s recentment, tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;estan incorporant tecnologies com la <strong>intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial<\/strong> i els <strong><em>chatbots<\/em><\/strong>. L&#8217;objectiu? Aquestes depenen de la naturalesa de cada empresa i de la seva forma d&#8217; operar. A continuaci\u00f3, es mostren alguns dels seus principals canals:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Atenci\u00f3 telef\u00f2nica: <\/strong>resoluci\u00f3 de dubtes o incid\u00e8ncies a trav\u00e9s de trucades.
