Con este nuevo programa, <\/span><b>impulsado por la UFEC en colaboraci\u00f3n con Euncet<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, se pretende <\/span><b>fomentar el empoderamiento de las mujeres directivas dentro del mundo deportivo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y crear una aut\u00e9ntica <\/span><b>red de poder femenino<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. El empoderamiento busca a su <\/span><b>favor la igualdad de g\u00e9nero<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, favoreciendo la <\/span><b>toma de decisiones<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> informadas y eliminando barreras tradicionales. Este enfoque promueve la equidad, reconociendo la importancia de <\/span><b>hombres y mujeres<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en roles diversos, y desafiando estereotipos para crear sociedades m\u00e1s justas y equitativas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"WESE_Women_Executive_Sports_Education_El_programa\"><\/span>WESE (Women Executive Sports Education): El programa<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El programa nace como respuesta a la necesidad de ofrecer una oferta formativa con la que todas aquellas<\/span><b> directivas deportivas puedan lograr sus objetivos de desarrollar su liderazgo personal, aumentando su nivel competencial directivo desde el empoderamiento.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todos los <\/span><b>conocimientos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> adquiridos ser\u00e1n <\/span><b>transferibles inmediatamente al puesto del trabajo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y permitir\u00e1 a las candidatas <\/span><b>explorar el \u201csentirpensar\u201d libre de dogmas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-49310 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.euncet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Estructura-del-curso.png\" alt=\"Estructura-del-curso\" width=\"750\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.euncet.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Estructura-del-curso.png 750w, https:\/\/www.euncet.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Estructura-del-curso-300x120.png 300w, https:\/\/www.euncet.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Estructura-del-curso-80x32.png 80w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Estructura del curso<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante los <\/span><b>5 m\u00f3dulos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que articulan el programa, las participantes de<\/span><b> WESE<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> contar\u00e1n con <\/span><b>sesiones de formaci\u00f3n y mentoring en formato mixto<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, es decir, combinando la presencialidad con el seguimiento online. <\/span><b>De abril a junio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> las participantes trabajar\u00e1n conceptos como el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">exoselfawareness<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, el autoliderazgo y liderazgo consciente y el executive coaching como m\u00e9todo, entre otros.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las participantes <\/span><b>aprender\u00e1n a aumentar su visibilidad y mejorar la marca personal directiva<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> gracias a las herramientas, t\u00e9cnicas y habilidades que se ofrecer\u00e1n en los diferentes m\u00f3dulos del programa.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"El_mentoring_como_herramienta_de_en_favor_del_empoderamiento\"><\/span>El mentoring como herramienta de en favor del empoderamiento<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otro de los puntos a destacar, adem\u00e1s del enfoque del programa, es el <\/span><b>programa de mentoring becado por la UFEC<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Esto les ayudar\u00e1 a afrontar los retos y oportunidades que se presentan en el futuro.
