Congratulations! Your university has selected you to take part in an international mobility programme and you already have a place at Euncet Business School.

Now it is time to prepare your arrival so that you can begin your stay with every guarantee. On this page you will find all the information you need before travelling, during your first days on campus and throughout your academic experience.

Before travelling

Before your arrival at Euncet, make sure you have everything ready: documentation, visa, medical insurance and accommodation. We will guide you step by step through everything you need.

Once you have completed the admission process, you will receive confirmation of your place and instructions to prepare your arrival.

Visa

If your nationality requires it, you will need to apply for a study visa before travelling to Spain. We also recommend checking the information from the Spanish consulate or embassy in your country.

Euncet can provide you with the documentation needed to complete this procedure, but it is each student responsibility to start it well in advance.

Learning Agreement

Learning Agreement

Before starting your mobility you will need to formalise your Learning Agreement, which lists the subjects you will take at Euncet and how they are recognised at your home university.

If, once the semester has started, you need to change a subject, you will need to manage the changes within the established deadlines.

We recommend starting your accommodation search as soon as possible. You can ask for more guidance from [UPC link].

Medical insurance

Medical insurance

All international students must have valid medical insurance for their entire stay. It is important to check the requirements before travelling.

Depending on your country of origin, you will be able to use: the European Health Insurance Card (EU students, where applicable) or private medical insurance with coverage in Spain.

The first days are very important to familiarise yourself with the campus and complete the last formalities.

Welcome Session

Al llegar a Euncet, participarás en una jornada de bienvenida (Welcome Session) donde conocerás el campus, el equipo docente y a otros estudiantes internacionales. Recibirás toda la información práctica sobre tu estancia, los servicios disponibles y las actividades que te ayudarán a integrarte en la comunidad universitaria.

Matrícula

Deberás completar el proceso de matrícula dentro de los plazos establecidos. Te guiaremos en la selección de asignaturas, la formalización de tu Learning Agreement y la documentación necesaria para iniciar tu experiencia académica con normalidad.

Throughout your mobility you will have the support of the International Mobility Service.

If you have any academic or administrative questions, need to modify your Learning Agreement or any issue arises, our team will be available to help you. You will also be able to take part in academic, cultural and social activities that will help you settle into the university community.

Before going back home

When the semester ends, you will need to complete the final formalities of your mobility.

Transcript of Records

Euncet will issue your Transcript of Records, the official document with the grades obtained during your stay, once the assessment records have been approved. This document will be sent according to the established procedure so that your university can recognise the studies completed.
