Euncet Business School becomes a new sponsor of Hockey per Terrassa
The agreement strengthens the connection between education, business and sport in the city
Euncet Business School formalised a sponsorship agreement last week with Hockey per Terrassa, the project that brings together the four hockey clubs of the city with the aim of promoting the sport and projecting it nationally and internationally. The signing ceremony took place at Euncet’s headquarters and was attended by the general manager, Toni Llop, and the president of Hockey per Terrassa, Isaac Albert.
The agreement, which will be in force throughout 2026, establishes Euncet’s collaboration both economically and institutionally. In return, Hockey per Terrassa commits to giving visibility to Euncet’s academic activity and projects during the competitions and events it organises.
A collaboration based on shared values
According to the president of Hockey per Terrassa, Isaac Albert, “today is an important day for Hockey per Terrassa, for Euncet and for the city of Terrassa. We formalise an agreement that represents much more than a collaboration: it symbolises the union of two realities that share values, commitment and a vision for the future.”
Albert recalled that since 2011, Hockey per Terrassa has worked jointly with CD Terrassa, Club Egara, Atlètic Terrassa and Línia 22 HC to strengthen hockey in the city through collaboration, while maintaining each club’s identity and a healthy rivalry that has contributed to numerous sporting achievements.
With the incorporation of Euncet Business School —a university centre affiliated with the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), recognised for its strong connection with the business world and its commitment to innovation and knowledge transfer— the project reinforces its academic and institutional dimension.
Albert added that “sport and business share the same language: leadership, teamwork, effort, perseverance and results orientation. With this agreement, we build a bridge between the field and the classroom, between competition and entrepreneurship, between education and excellence.”
Boosting the city and the future of hockey
The alliance helps strengthen Terrassa as a leading city in hockey and, at the same time, as a university and business hub. The agreement aims to create new opportunities for young athletes, promote comprehensive education and consolidate a collaboration model that places the territory at the centre.
“Today we are not only signing an agreement. Today we reaffirm a commitment to the future, to our values and to the city,” Albert concluded.
With this new partnership, Hockey per Terrassa continues to consolidate a cooperation model between clubs, institutions and companies that strengthens the sport and projects the city nationally and internationally.
