On October 21, 2026, the Consumer Psychology Course begins at Euncet Business School, a practical training aimed at understanding how people decide and applying behavioral science to improve conversion rates.
Over four sessions (October 21, 23, 28, and 30) from 18:00 to 21:00, participants will gain a framework to detect cognitive biases, apply choice architecture strategies, and design rigorous A/B experiments. Actionable tools will be used to optimize messages, offers, and digital assets without resorting to manipulative practices.
The course, taught in-person at Campus Terrassa and via Streaming, is directed by Dr. Gabriel G. Maresca and Xavier Forcadell.
