Data, indicators and the quality scorecard are central to Euncet Business School's Internal Quality Assurance System, as they enable objective analysis of the functioning of degree programmes and academic and management processes. They facilitate continuous monitoring, trend identification and evidence-based decision-making.
The scorecard integrates information from internal and external sources, offering a global view of the centre and the possibility of analysing by degree programme, course, modality or area of assessment. The indicators, aligned with the VSMA Framework and the criteria of AQU Catalunya, cover access, enrolment, academic performance, graduation, satisfaction, internships, mobility, job placement and available resources.
This analysis makes it possible to identify strengths and areas for improvement, evaluate decisions and anticipate corrective or preventive actions. The data is reviewed periodically to ensure its reliability and relevance, and is used to feed into monitoring, modification and accreditation reports, linking day-to-day management with external evaluation and accountability.
