Course on Connecting, Motivating and Communicating with Teenagers

/ Ubicación Terrassa

Learn how to communicate, motivate and manage the classroom more effectively.

The Course on Connecting, Motivating and Communicating with Teenagers is a practical training programme designed for education professionals who want to better understand adolescent behaviour and intervene in the classroom with greater confidence, calm and judgement.

Today’s classroom is a changing, emotionally intense environment full of challenges. Teenage students experience profound transformations, new ways of relating to others and a digital reality that can accelerate conflict and disconnection.

Through an approach based on neuroscience applied to classroom climate and conflict resolution, this course provides tools to communicate without escalating tensions, build strong bonds and improve educational coexistence.
