Anti-Harassment Protocol
Euncet Business School regulates its organisation and operation through the Regulations approved on 3 November 2025 by the Executive Committee, which repeal the previous ones. They define the powers, decision-making mechanisms and institutional principles, ensuring transparent, efficient governance in line with university regulations.
It guarantees that academic and management decisions are made based on criteria of quality, responsibility and participation, which are key to the Internal Quality Assurance System. In matters not covered by these regulations or the UPC Statutes, Law 30/92, amended by Law 4/1999, applies.
The reform of the Euncet Business School Regulations responds to the need to adapt the internal regulatory framework to developments in the academic, institutional and regulatory context. It allows for the updating of the powers of the governing bodies, the improvement of coordination mechanisms and the strengthening of consistency between governance and strategic and quality objectives.
The reforms are carried out in a planned and justified manner, seeking to reinforce transparency, organisational efficiency and the capacity to respond to new challenges, always in line with Euncet's Internal Quality Assurance System.
The following may promote the reform or modification of the regulations:
- The Director General of Euncet Business School.
- The Executive Committee of Euncet Business School, at the proposal of at least one third of its members.
The proposal must include a reasoned resolution from the body initiating it and the text of the proposed amendment. For approval, a quorum of half plus one of the members of the Executive Committee and the approval of half plus one of its members is required.
In accordance with the Euncet Business School Regulations, the governing, representative, and consultative bodies are as follows:
Collegiate Bodies:
- Executive Committee
- Standing Committee
- Academic Committee
- Quality Assurance Committee
- Research Committee
Single-Member Officers:
- Chief Executive Officer
- Director General
- Dean of the University Centre
- Academic Registrar of the University Centre
Other Deliberative or Consultative Bodies:
- Assessment Boards
- Prior Learning Assessment Committee
- Dissertation and Final Project Committees
- Student Services and Alumni Committee
- Student Relations Committee
These bodies are responsible for driving and overseeing the academic and institutional strategy, as well as ensuring the effective operation of teaching and administrative processes. They serve as forums for decision-making, coordination, and monitoring—upholding regulatory compliance, quality standards, and institutional commitments—while actively participating in results analysis and continuous improvement.
Euncet Business School has a Prevention and Action Protocol against Harassment that guarantees a safe academic and working environment free from harassment or discrimination. It is implemented in accordance with Law 51/2023, Royal Decree 901/2020 and Organic Law 3/2007, with the aim of preventing, raising awareness and taking action in any situation of sexual or gender-based harassment.
The protocol establishes procedures, reporting channels, a contact person and a responsible committee, ensuring confidentiality, protection of those affected and respect for the rights of all parties. Its application reflects Euncet's commitment to equality, dignity and the well-being of the university community.
