With the aim of enhancing our services and upholding the highest standards of academic quality, we invite you to use the OPINA Feedback Box (Management of complaints, grievances, suggestions, and commendations) to notify us of the following:

  • Suggestions: to submit proposals for change that enable us to improve the services we provide as a higher education institution.
  • Complaints: to formally notify us of any grievances regarding deficiencies or errors in the delivery of our services.
  • Recommendations: to propose actions, initiatives, or best practices that contribute to optimising academic operations or our service offering.
  • Commendations: to provide recognition for exceptional service, the assistance received, or the professional conduct of the centre's staff.

You may share your experiences and opinions regarding our facilities, the delivery of lectures, or our teaching support services. Please note that suggestions, complaints, recommendations, or commendations regarding services external to Euncet are excluded, as are messages containing inappropriate language or personal attacks.


How can I provide feedback?

To facilitate communication, you may contact us through two channels:

  • Email: you can write to us at qualitat@euncet.com, stating the purpose of your message in the subject line (suggestion, complaint, recommendation, or commendation). To process your notification, it is essential that you identify yourself with your full name and provide a contact telephone number, should it be necessary to reach you.
  • Online Form: you can complete the form available at this link.

In both instances, we will respond as promptly as possible, within a maximum of one working day from the submission of your suggestion, complaint, or commendation.
