It helps participants first identify use cases where AI genuinely creates value and is feasible to implement; define clear rules for its use (AI governance), including roles, quality controls and risk management, based on recognised frameworks such as NIST and the OECD principles; measure real outcomes using tracking tools such as OKRs, KPIs and executive dashboards to assess improvements in productivity, conversion and sales; and ensure that all AI usage complies with regulations such as GDPR and TCF, enabling organisations to grow with AI without taking unnecessary risks.

The course helps organisations apply AI in marketing and sales to sell more and work more effectively, in a safe, measurable and responsible manner.

Format of the Artificial Intelligence in Marketing and Sales Course

  • 4 DAYS

    October 6, 8, 13 and 15.

  • 12 HOURS

    The training, lasting 12 hours, will be carried out in person at the Terrassa Campus or via streaming.

  • 6 HOURS PER WEEK

    The course is divided into 4 theoretical-practical sessions of 3 hours each, held in the afternoons from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. 

  • THEORETICAL-PRACTICAL TRAINING

    The training combines analysis of real cases and the use of advanced AI-based tools applied to real business environments.

  • CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
    To obtain the course participation certificate, it is essential to have attended at least 75% of the scheduled sessions.
