    May 7, 11, 14 and 18.

  • 12-HOUR IN-PERSON COURSE

    The 12-hour training will take place in person at the Terrassa Campus.

  • 6 HOURS PER WEEK

    It is divided into 4 theoretical-practical sessions of 3 hours each, held in the evenings from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. 

  • THEORETICAL-PRACTICAL TRAINING
    You will participate in individual and group dynamics focused on the development of adaptive and collaborative leadership skills. This leadership training combines theory and practice to help you lead in your organization.

  • Global trends and challenges, with a focus on the healthcare sector as a complex and changing environment.     
  • Leading with purpose: from vision to impact.     
  • Case studies: healthcare sector and some outstanding cases from another sector to broaden perspective.

     
  • Identification of actors, dynamics and levers of change.     
  • Organizational change models and implementation tools.     
  • Strategic use of operational and patient/user experience indicators.     
  • Network leadership, cross-sector collaboration and digital transformation in complex environments.     
  • Practical examples from the health sector and tools to lead with data.


     
  • Management of multidisciplinary teams: trust, motivation and cohesion.     
  • Effective communication, feedback and conflict resolution.     
  • Inclusive, ethical, and people-centered leadership, with an emphasis on diversity and interprofessional collaboration.


     
  • Building a "Leadership Impact Plan" for the next 90 days     
  • DISC self-assessment: performance and analysis     of the personal leadership style.     
  • Integration of the DISC profile into the LIP design to strengthen self-awareness and effectiveness.
  • Cross-feedback between peers: Brief presentation of the LIP in small groups.    
  • Closing with individual commitments: final statement of personal commitment to leadership and connection between purpose, style and action.
