    Monday: April 20 , 27. Wednesday: April 22, 29.

  • 12 HOURS

    The training, lasting 12 hours, will be carried out in person at the Terrassa Campus.  

  • 6 HOURS A WEEK

    It is distributed in 4 theoretical-practical sessions of 3 hours each, in the afternoons from 6 pm to 9 pm.  

  • THEORETICAL-PRACTICAL TRAINING

    You will participate in individual and group dynamics to directly apply operational management tools, KPIs and commercial leadership in your retail business.

  • CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION

    To obtain the certificate of participation in the training course, it is an essential requirement to have attended at least 75% of the scheduled sessions.
